Kreiss, Eva Wilson McDonald, Warner J. Britschgi. Richard Gardella, attorney representing Jonnie M. Lindsell, owner of property at Winslow and Brewster, commented concerning the desira- �bility of permitting office development of his client's property as , ' proposed by the sub�ect resolution of intention rather than the resident�al use now permitted.
