�. 4 � <br /> Councilman Barrett stated for the record that the Board of Supervisors <br /> have approved a partnership with the Department of Health, Educat�on <br /> and Welfare to establish a Numan Services Coordinating Council and that <br /> he testified at the hearing on the matter that Council was considering <br /> a Human Resources Policy as a non-mandatory element of the General Plan, <br /> since it was his belief that that was the assignment to the Planning , <br /> Commission <br /> It was the consensus of Council that the proposed element should be <br /> entitled "Human Services Policy" rather than "Human Resources Policy" ' <br /> in order to be consistent with titles used elsewhere (memo 2/8/77) <br /> It was agreed that the paper prepared by Councilman Norris concerning <br /> "Social Service Delivery - Problem Statements 4 and 5" of the Poltcy <br /> would be circulated to Council and others at the time the proposed <br /> Human Services Policy Element is heard by Council (memo 2/8/77) <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Task Force recommendation re amendment to <br /> Historic Landmarks Element of the General Plan <br /> relating to Safety Goals and Principles <br /> Councilman Bury, Chairman of the Historic Landmarks Element Task <br /> Force, referred to his report of February 4 regarding Safety Goals <br /> and Principles and advised that the Task Force has completed its <br /> revtew. <br /> Councilman Bury and his Task force were cortonended for their report ' <br /> and the prompt manner in which they handled their assignment. <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Bury introduced the <br /> following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, its <br /> adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO 7758 OF INTENTION REFERRING A PROPOSED AMENDP�IENT <br /> TO THE LANDMARKS ELEMENT OF THE GEPJERAL PLAN TO THE � <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO <br /> SAFETY GOALS AND PRINCIPLES <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> MOTION Counc�lman Bury moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, that <br /> Council continue the Task Force and expand its purpose to provide <br /> implementation of an Historic Preservation Program. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 77-25) <br /> Phelps Slough Mitigation Agreement/Water Management Plan <br /> City Manager Fales referred to the memorandum addressed to him by <br /> City Attorney Schricker dated February 4, 1977 which describes the ' <br /> entire situation with regard to the Storm Water Holding Basin Manage- <br /> ment Agreemerit (Mobil/City/State) and the Phelps Slough Mitigation <br /> Agreement (State/Mobil). <br /> -6- <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 2/7/77 <br />
