The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Rhodes. ?ne Invocation was led by the Reverend Gregory C. DQncker of the Un�tarian Fellowsh�p Church. Roll Call Councilmen present. Barrett, Biagt, Bury, Norris, Rhodes, Vega and Mayor Leipzig Counc7lmen absent. None Officials and staff present City Manager Fales, C�ty Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Clerk Hildebrand and Plam m �g D�rector , Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, Bu�ld�ng and Transpor- tatton D�rector Balsamo Pol�ce Chief Bo1d Approval of Mznutes MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Counci1man Bury, to approve the Mlnutes of the Study Session of February 28, 1977 and the � C�ty Council meeting of February 28, 1977 as submitted. The motion carried unan�mously by vo�ce vote. Counc�lman Norris stated for the record that he apprec�ates the leader- ship of Mayor Leipzig and Vice Mayor Barrett in setting up the recent seminar and study session in order that Council members may examine , more closely issues of importance to the City in an informal meeting, noting that such sessions are of benefit to Counc�l, staff and the ent�re corta�wn�ty. Chamber of Commerce Representative Mayor Leipzig welcomed Bi11 Seebauer end 011�e Nordby who are present in the audience to represent the Chamber of Coinmerce. Mayor Leipzig advised that �n the future the Chamber plans to have representatives � attend a11 City Council meetings. Reg Mtg 3/14/77 .
