17'8 <br /> Written Commum cations (continued) <br /> Attent�on was called to the Minutes of the City Council meeting <br /> of January 24, 1977 on which date the complete F�re Station re- <br /> port was presented to Counc�l and Mr Fales agreed to present <br /> the report to a meeting of RSHA provided it was made clear that <br /> the report is presented �n the context of the responsibility of ' <br /> Council to the entire City, and suggestion was made that perhaps <br /> that is what the author of the letter had in mind. It was pointed <br /> out that it would be assumed that if such a report were to be <br /> y made to any group in the City that the group would make arrange- <br /> ments in advance w�th Council and staff as to a mutually con- <br /> vement date. <br /> MOTION Counc�lman Norris moved, seconded by CDuncilman Bury, <br /> that a City staff inember be assigned to attend the meeting of <br /> the Redwood Shores Homeowners Association on March 17, 1977 <br /> to answer'questions with regard to the Fire Station Report and <br /> concerning parks, that RSHA be informed by letter from Mayor <br /> Leipzig that the�r request that Counc�l members attend the <br /> meeting was not presented in time, that regrets be expressed, <br /> and that RSHA be advised that any action or attempt to influ- <br /> ence act}on of the City Council would have to take place at <br /> a regular meeting of the C�ty Council. � � <br /> � <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> " ' "° (MINUTE ORDER NO 77-57) <br /> Ad,7ournment <br /> MOTION Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, to ' <br /> ad,7ourn to an all-day 'seminar commencing at 9•00 a.m , Monday, <br /> March 21, 1977 at Howard ,lohnson Motor Lodge, 485 Veterans Boulevard. <br /> The motion cdrried una m mously by voice vote. <br /> � The City Council ad,7ourned at 8 35 p.m. <br /> 6 <br /> JACQUELINE C.
