He further <br /> advised that in the case of residents moving to houses in the City <br /> or w5thin the City, the ration would be set according to use at <br /> that locat�on by the prior occupant, although new residents could <br /> , appeal, if the�r circumstances differ With regard to new resi- <br /> dences, Mr. M�tchell advised that each new home ration would be <br /> establ3shed according to ind,ividual circumstances <br /> ' Ad,7.Mtg. <br /> 3/21/77 <br /> , <br />
