Title having been read, Councilman Biagi introduced the <br /> follow�ng resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, its <br /> adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO 8035 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDbJ00D CITY AND SOUTHERN <br /> PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF JACKED STEEL LINES IN THE VICINITY OF BLOMQUIST STREET <br /> AND HARBOR BOULEVARD <br /> The resolution was adopted unan�mously by roll call vote. <br /> Main Street Traffic Corridor Study <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of April 7, 1978, attaching <br /> the report of the Director of Public Works dated March 22, relating <br /> to possible development of Main Street between Veterans Boulevard <br /> and Maple Street, and recommending approval of an agreement with <br /> the consulting firm of TJKM, Walnut Creek, to conduct such a study <br /> He advised that the services would be funded from Community Develop- <br /> ' ment Block Grant funds <br /> MOTION. Title having been read, Councilman Barrett introduced the <br /> following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, its <br /> adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO 8036 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> �, A6REEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TJ K M RELATING <br /> TQ THE PREPARATION OF A MAIN STREET TRAFFIC CORRIDOR STUDY <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roii call vote. <br /> Plans, specifications, call for bids - Palm Park <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of April 7, 1978 regarding <br /> approval of proposed plans and spec�fications, authorization to <br /> call for bids for Palm Park, and attaching a report dated March 27 <br /> from the Director of Parks and Recreation.
