He con- <br /> gratulated Gerald Chandler on his election and Councilman Barrett <br /> and Rhodes on their reelection. Councilman Vega also thanked <br /> Council members and staff for their cooperation, assistance and <br /> friendship during his term on the Council. <br /> � Approval of Minutes - April 10, 1978 <br /> MOTION Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Norris ta <br /> approve the Minutes of the Executive Session and of the City Council <br /> meeting of April 10, 1978 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by vo�ce vote, Councilman Rhodes <br /> abstaining from the vote on the Minutes of the Executive Session. <br /> , <br /> Reg Mtg. <br /> 4/17/78 <br />
