Mayor Barrett invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. MOTION Councilman Leipzig moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, to close the publ�c hearing The motion carr�ed unanimously by voice vote The public hearing was closed at 7.39 p m.
