<br /> Mayor Barrett stated��that, as announced, the Human:Resources Assist-
<br /> ance Program and the Social Service Centers Pro9ram of the City
<br /> Manager's Department•budget will be considered at this time.
<br /> City Manager�Fales advised that all allocations�of, Revenue Sharing
<br /> Funds to community_groups have been cancel,led,and the funds put into
<br /> the General Fund He advised that also it=is-proposed to cut the"
<br /> . budget of the Fair•Oaks Center, but to keep�the;facility operating
<br /> on a time schedule`as�;close to present as�possible, noting that �t
<br /> is unl�kely the:County will be able to contribute ,the $60,000 in -
<br /> Revenue Sharing funds which they have doneean the past to help
<br /> support the Center ;��Mr. Fales'advised that�the cuts will involve
<br /> the elimination�of_the positions of Coordinator,�and Typist Clerk I_
<br /> an8 that the branch�lnbrary at the Centertwil.l,be�closed.
