. . e� � <br /> Cost vs. Revenues - Redwood Shores 1977-78 <br /> Attention was called to the sub�ect report of the City Manager dated <br /> August 24, 1978 made in response to Counc�l request. It was pointed out that <br /> consideration of the report �s not appropriate at this time. <br /> ' John Murp�y, 421 Luff Lane, stated no material had been provided in the <br /> Library for the meeting. It was explained that the sub�ect was general and <br /> the agenda so noted, but that regular City Council packet materials are <br /> " always included in the packet for pub]ic rev�ew in the Library. <br /> Reimbursement Aqreement - Distr�ct Development Program <br /> Chairman Barrett pointed out that the reimbursement agreement is in the � <br /> City Attorney's office at this time and it is not an appropriate sub�ect <br /> for discussion, <br /> Assistant City Attorney Maloney advised that the City Attorney has trans- <br /> mitted the corrmwnicat�on from Mobil regarding the reimbursement agreement <br /> to the bond counsel and asked him to review it, but no response has been <br /> received, nating it is expected soon. <br /> Don Warren (see above) urged that consideration be given to the matter as <br /> soon as possible and called attention to his communication of August 16 <br /> attaching copies of letters from the Bank of America, Mob91's bond counsel <br /> and Blythe, Eastman, Dillon, the bond sellers. � <br /> Chairman Barrett suggested that, �f possible, the reimbursement agreement <br /> will be considered on October 2. (memo 8/29/78) <br /> ' John Murphy (see above) urged that staff reports on the matter be made � <br /> available to the public. Mr. Murphy was advised the reports are always <br /> public documents and are available for review in the Clerk's office and <br /> will aiso be in Council packets when the reports concern agenda �tems. <br /> Ad�our�ment _ <br /> M07ION.
