. . e� � Cost vs. Revenues - Redwood Shores 1977-78 Attention was called to the sub�ect report of the City Manager dated August 24, 1978 made in response to Counc�l request. It was pointed out that consideration of the report �s not appropriate at this time. ' John Murp�y, 421 Luff Lane, stated no material had been provided in the Library for the meeting. It was explained that the sub�ect was general and the agenda so noted, but that regular City Council packet materials are " always included in the packet for pub]ic rev�ew in the Library. Reimbursement Aqreement - Distr�ct Development Program Chairman Barrett pointed out that the reimbursement agreement is in the � City Attorney's office at this time and it is not an appropriate sub�ect for discussion, Assistant City Attorney Maloney advised that the City Attorney has trans- mitted the corrmwnicat�on from Mobil regarding the reimbursement agreement to the bond counsel and asked him to review it, but no response has been received, nating it is expected soon. Don Warren (see above) urged that consideration be given to the matter as soon as possible and called attention to his communication of August 16 attaching copies of letters from the Bank of America, Mob91's bond counsel and Blythe, Eastman, Dillon, the bond sellers. � Chairman Barrett suggested that, �f possible, the reimbursement agreement will be considered on October 2. Mr. Murphy was advised the reports are always public documents and are available for review in the Clerk's office and will aiso be in Council packets when the reports concern agenda �tems.
