<br /> Ms Geri Farman, reporting on the status of San Mateo County Svrface Runoff Plan,
<br /> comnented that Che Surface Runoff Program was delegated to the County for preparation
<br /> and Che program was completed last fall, ci[ing the fact that the plan addresses the
<br /> potential sources of pollutan[s that may eater the surface runoff, more particularly
<br /> some speclal problem areas identzfied by [he fish and game people as well as other local ,
<br /> staffs She explained the different kinds of pollutants it addresses such as litter,
<br /> oi2, ete., citing the fac[ that the plan uould help not only the water qual�ty bu[
<br /> had benefits from the rat control, e[c, that they have come up with a work program
<br /> mhich will be iu[egrated with other Coun[y plans [hroughou[ the Say Area, including them
