Rnodes <br /> Officials and staff present C�ty Manager Fales, City Attorney <br /> Schr�cker, Assistant C�tiy Manager Sm7th, City Clerk Hildebrand and <br /> Publjc Works Director Pusich, Planning Director Schroeter, Parks <br /> and Recreation Director Weeks, Build9ngs and Transportation ' <br /> Dsrector Balsamo, Pol�ce Chief Bold <br /> Approval of M�nutes <br /> MOTION• Councilman Biag� moved, seconded by Councilman Vega, to <br /> , approve as submitted the Minutes of the follow�ng meetings• <br /> � Executive Session, January 20, 1978; City Council, January 23, 1978; <br /> Rd�ourned Meeting (4.00 p.m.), January 30, 1978. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Norris ab- <br /> staining from the M�nutes ot January 20 and 30, Councilmen Bury and <br /> Vega abstaining from the Min�ztes ofi January 23, and Mayor Leipz�g <br /> abstaining from tne meeting of January 30 <br /> Presentation of Plaque for D7st�nquished <br /> Service to W�lliam Buckhout, former member <br /> of the Park and Recreation Conacnssion <br /> Mayor Leipzig commerded former Park and Recreation Commissioner <br /> William Buckhout for his serv�ce on that CoR�mission and expressed <br /> regret at his moving away from Redwood City.
