Downtown Mural Dedication _ 1 � Attention was called to the incident which occurred at the downtown mural dedication ceremonies on February 25, when the muralist and the artist vandal�zed the mural. It was pointed out that the act of vandal�sm was most unfortunate, but that it should not be per- mitted to destroy the friendly cooperative spirit displayed by those who participated in the event. � Executive Session MOTION Counc�lman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to ad�ourn to executive session to consider matters of litigation and to reconvene solely to ad�ourn. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote The Council ad�ourned to executive session at 8.35 p.m. Ad�ournment - In Memory of James M�ller MOTION Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to ' cancel the City Counctl meeting regularly scheduled for 7 30 p.m , Monday, March 6, 1978 and to ad�ourn to a Council meeting at 4 00 p.m. on the same day in the Office of the City Manager, and that ad�ournment be made in memory of James Miller who passed away recently. Mayor Leipzig noted that James Miller frequently attended Council L meetings on behalf of the Golden Gate Mobile Homeowners Association and that his pleasant friendly manner will be greatly missed at future meetings The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.
