He � asked that Council-go on record as to what might be acceptable. It � was explained that it is necessary to commence with revision of the Generai Plan designation which must go to the Planning Commission and that no amendment is yet before Council. Barrie Ramsay Girard (see above) stated that no commitment could be made to Mr. Harrington It was pointed out that no commitment was being made, but that Mr Harrington has the same privilege as any , other citizen to address the Council on the matter.
