He � <br /> asked that Council-go on record as to what might be acceptable. It � <br /> was explained that it is necessary to commence with revision of the <br /> Generai Plan designation which must go to the Planning Commission <br /> and that no amendment is yet before Council. <br /> Barrie Ramsay Girard (see above) stated that no commitment could be <br /> made to Mr. Harrington It was pointed out that no commitment was <br /> being made, but that Mr Harrington has the same privilege as any , <br /> other citizen to address the Council on the matter.
