<br /> City Attorney Schricker outlined the procedure to be followed during �
<br /> the hearing as follows: 1) applicant will present evidence; 2) �
<br /> Council members wi11 address�questions to the applicant; 3) Assessor '
<br /> will address questions to the applicant; 4) staff will be permitted �
<br /> to direct questions to the applicant; 5) Assessor wi11 present '
<br /> evidence with questions to follow from Council, the applicant, and ='
<br /> staff; 6) if there is rebuttal, the applicant will be heard first 'i
<br /> and`then the Assessor. ' � � . �

<br /> Mr. Schricker advised that the applicant has filed an application �
<br /> for assessment adjustment, indicating the applicant's opinion of #
<br /> full value of the following parcels: Parcel 95-040-030 -$17,800;
<br /> Parcel 95-040-110 -$105,475; and Parcel 95-040-130 -$4,324,050. � �
