Bren Co continued from 4/26/76 <br /> In response to inquiry of Mayor Leipzig, City Clerk Hildebrand re- <br /> ported that the Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing re- <br /> garding the sub�ect public hearing is on file in her office and <br /> that no written corronunications have been received. <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 9 03 p m. the sub�ect public hearing. <br /> City Manager Fales referred to the material furnished to Council from <br /> the Planning Commission and the Planning Department ' ' <br /> , - <br /> Planning Director Schroeter described the considerations of the <br /> Planning Commission of the application for PDP and their principal <br /> concerns in reviewing it.
