Letter from the Bay Area Urban League, Inc. re Public Service <br /> Employment Program contract. <br /> Mr. Fales reminded Council of the fact that the contract with <br /> the Bay Area Urban League, Inc. for administration of the CETA <br /> Program had been terminated and that a detailed report had been <br /> provided to Council, and that he would be glad to answer any <br /> questions they may have <br /> Percy H. Steele, 2400 Sutter Street, San Franci�sco, spoke in <br /> defense of his organization and complained of not having been <br /> paid for services rendered.
