Also on dtsplay were <br /> large blowups of the plan sketches from the Master Plan reports <br /> It was recommended that Council approve Master Site Plans for both <br /> Hetch Hetchy right-of-way and Canyon Park . <br /> Mr. fales and Mr. Weeks corrrnented and responded to questions by <br /> Counc�l, regarding budget requests covering the first phase of <br /> Canyon Park in Capital Improvements program, which will take care of <br /> grading and site preparation It was indicated that the park will <br /> not be a large facility and would be designed to retain natural <br /> features Initial work would be simply fundamental improvements to <br /> • 9et it into use The Hetch Hetchy right-of-way goes through resi- <br /> dential areas, and it is proposed to develop it more as a neighbor- <br /> hood type facility Mr Weeks advised further that they are working <br /> with the County on long-range development of parks.
