City Clerk Hildebrand admim stered tVie oath <br /> of off�ce to Councilman Vega who took his seat at 7:40 p.m. ° <br /> Councilman Vega thanked Council members for appoint�ng him to the <br /> Council and stated that he will attempt to �et the expectations of <br /> all of those who supported him.
