The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Vice Mayor Barrett The Invocation was led by the Reverend Lewis Lint of the Woods�de Road United Methodist Church , , Roll Call � - Councilmen present. Barrett, Biagi, Bury, Norris, Vega and Mayor Leipzig Councilmen absent Rhodes Officials and staff present City Manager Fales, Assistant City ' Manager Smith, Assistant City Attorney Maloney, City Constroller Ference, City Clerk Hildebrand and Director of Public Works Pusich, Planning Director Schroeter, City Librarian Vollmayer, Chtef Building Official Gyselbrecht, Personnel Director Brock, Director of Butldings and Transportation Balsamo, Police Chief Bold Presentation of Plaque for Distinguished Service to former Councilman Marv W. Henderson Mayor Leipzig advised that former Councilman Henderson was unable to be present to receive the Plaque for Distinguished Service in recognitton of her outstanding service to the City during her years as a member of the City Council. Mayor Leipzig displayed the Plaque and said arrangements would be made to have it presented to former Counctlman Henderson. MOTION Councilman Bury moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, that the City Attorney be requested to prepare a resolutton for former � Councilman Henderson acknowledging her great contributions to the City and beyond it while a member of the City Council. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote (MINUTE ORDER NO 76-190) i ' 1 Approval of Minutes - June 14 1976 ' MOTION.
