The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Rhodes. , The Invocation was led by the Reverend Lewis Lint of the Woodside Road Methodist Church Roll Call , Councilmen present Barrett, Biagi, Bury, Norris, Rhodes, Vega and Mayor Leipzig Councilmen absent None Officials and staff present City Manager Fales, Assistant City Attorney Maloney, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Clerk Hildebrand, � and Director of Public Works Pusich, Planning Dtrector Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, City Librarian Vollmayer, Director of Buildings and Transportation Balsamo, Police Chief Bold Approval of Minutes MOTION Councilman'Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to approve the Minutes of the Ad�ourned Meeting of June 17, 1976, the Joint Meeting with the Library Board of June 21, 1976 and the City Council meeting of June 21, 1976 as submitted. Counctlman Rhodes advised he will abstatn with regard to Minutes for June 21, 1976 since he was absent that day. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Rhodes abstaining.
