I I � City Attorney Schricker confirmed that both public hearings may be � held at the same time, but stated that Council should first consider I the proposed amendment to the General Plan and then the proposed I amendment to the Zoning Map, since action on the latter is contingent � on adoption of the General Plan amendment. I i City Clerk Hildebrand reported that Afftdavtts of Publication of � Notice of Heartng and Affidavits of Mailing relating to the i sub�ect public hearings are on file in her office. Mrs. H�ldebrand i stated that no written cortmunications have been received i I ; Dick Smithee, 465 Convention Way, owner of the sub�ect property, , described the type of construction anticipated to be built on his property City Attorney Schricker explained that the land use I described by Mr Smithee would be admissible under the proposed I zoning, but that no specific design is before Council for cons�der- ation at thts time. , Vice Mayor Barrett invited anyone else present who wished to speak i to do so No one present in the audience wished to speak. , , MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Biagt, to i close the public hearings The motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
