' <br /> Mayor Leipzig advised she would abstain from voting on the Minutes <br /> of July 12 since she was not present at the Council meeting on that <br /> date. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Mayor Leipzig abstaim ng. <br /> A reement with San Mateo Count re <br /> ross onnect on ervice <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of July 15, 1976 regarding <br /> Lhe sub,7ecz proposed agreement and attaching report from the Director <br /> of Public Works dated July 8. Mr. Fales noted that the following <br /> documents are attached to his report also <br /> ' 1.
