<br /> In the discussion regarding park dedicatton and assessment fee ordinance,
<br /> �t was suggested that the only•remaining area of the City where open
<br /> space is sti�ll available �s for the most part in Redwood Shores, with '
<br /> the remainder of the more or less built up, and therefore it would
<br /> be unrealistic to ask a developer to dedicate open space.
<br /> Assembly Bill 15, pending in the legislature, was noted, which would
<br /> requ�re presently existtng agricultural and similar uses, such as
<br /> nurseries, to remain in that category
