Mr Schroeter advised that the original subdivision <br /> is still in effect and Broadrtaor Homes is proposing to use it with a <br /> , slightly modified dwelling plan. � , <br /> Dale Moffett, Broadmoor Homes, Inc., 2400 Merced Street, San Leandro, <br /> representing the appl�cant, stated that his organization had reviewed <br /> the conditions set forth'in the staff report and that they are accept- <br /> able to th"em. Mr` Moffett�presented slides of existing developments <br /> in Southern California constructed by Broadmoor and site plans and <br /> elevat�ons for the proposed development in Redwood Shores. Mr Moffett <br /> introduced the Vice President of'the Northern California Division of <br /> Boardmoor and advised he is aJailable for quest�oning by Council also <br /> " " L .- <br /> Mr. Moffett then replted to questions and comnented concerning antici- <br /> pated cost of the dwellings in the proposed pro�ect, the reasons which <br /> might cause them to cost rtare�than similar units elsewhere, and the <br /> parking arrangements for residents and guests <br /> Uictor Wandmayer, 353 Quay Lane, member of the Board of Directors of <br /> the Redwood Shores Homeowners Association, advised that the RSHA Board <br /> unanimously favors approval of the proposed pro,7ect <br /> Don Warren Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited, 350 Marine World <br /> Parkway, spoke in support of the pro,7ect, noting that the applicant <br /> investigated the concerns of residents, the Planning Commission and <br /> the City Council at the time the original PDP was approved before <br /> submitting an application Mr Warren commended the development and <br /> ' urged favorable consideration'of it <br /> Mayor Leipzig invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do <br /> so.
