Mr Schroeter advised that the original subdivision is still in effect and Broadrtaor Homes is proposing to use it with a , slightly modified dwelling plan. � , Dale Moffett, Broadmoor Homes, Inc., 2400 Merced Street, San Leandro, representing the appl�cant, stated that his organization had reviewed the conditions set forth'in the staff report and that they are accept- able to th"em. Mr` Moffett�presented slides of existing developments in Southern California constructed by Broadmoor and site plans and elevat�ons for the proposed development in Redwood Shores. Mr Moffett introduced the Vice President of'the Northern California Division of Boardmoor and advised he is aJailable for quest�oning by Council also " " L .- Mr. Moffett then replted to questions and comnented concerning antici- pated cost of the dwellings in the proposed pro�ect, the reasons which might cause them to cost rtare�than similar units elsewhere, and the parking arrangements for residents and guests Uictor Wandmayer, 353 Quay Lane, member of the Board of Directors of the Redwood Shores Homeowners Association, advised that the RSHA Board unanimously favors approval of the proposed pro,7ect Don Warren Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited, 350 Marine World Parkway, spoke in support of the pro,7ect, noting that the applicant investigated the concerns of residents, the Planning Commission and the City Council at the time the original PDP was approved before submitting an application Mr Warren commended the development and ' urged favorable consideration'of it Mayor Leipzig invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so.
