<br /> reported that�some-orgam zations now seil,tickets in advance for fund

<br /> department can anticipete they may be needed at var�ous celebrations,
<br /> they would be present, but that present practice is that when an or-
<br /> ,gam zation�,needs policing, they_hire off-duty police officers or a

<br /> In response to question, Mr Weeks advised that Fair Oaks Community
