Kelly, attorney <br /> for the appellant, San Mateo County Scavenger Company, asking that <br /> the sub,7ect public hearing be continued until the next meeting on <br /> February 23, 1976 <br /> MOTION Councilman Williams moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, <br /> to continue the subject public hearing until February 23, 1976. <br /> Councilman Henderson advised that she will be representing the City <br /> in Washington, D C. on that date and cannot be present <br /> MOTION WITHDRAWN• Stating that it is preferable to have a full <br /> Council present for a public hearing, Councilman Williams, with the <br /> consent of his second, withdrew his motion. <br /> MOTION• Councilman Williams moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, <br /> to continue the public hearing on the appeal from the determination <br /> by the Planning Comm ssion concerning Env�ronmental Impact Report <br /> 75-07 relating to a proposed pro�ect to construct a solid waste <br /> transfer station on Redwood Peninsula until March 1, 1976. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> ' Mayor Weyrtauth requested the City Clerk to advise the attorney for <br /> the appellant that the matter is continued until March 1, 1976. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 76-35) <br /> Re ort of re resentative to <br /> Association of Bay rea Governments (ABAG) <br /> Councilman Henderson, representative to ABAG referred to her report <br /> of February 3, 1976. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, <br /> that the report of February 3, 1976 of Councilman Henderson, the <br /> delegate to the Association of Bay Area Governments, be accepted <br /> and that Councilman Henderson be authorized to vote in support of <br /> the budget, assessment schedule and bylaws amendment <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 76-36) <br /> Study of Workers' Compensation Program <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of February 6, 1976 re- <br /> garding the sub�ect Study and attaching a memorandum from the City <br /> Controller, dated January 20, and the Study of Workers' Compensa- <br /> � tion Insurance Program of January 20 prepared by the Assistant <br /> City Controller <br /> -2- <br /> Reg Mtg. <br /> 2/9/76 <br />
