�24 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. •vv� <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> DECLARING CAN�IASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF GENSRAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION I�LD ON APRIL 13, ]976 <br /> WE� REAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br /> Resolution No. 7561, duly passed and adopted on March 1, 1976, ' <br /> deeignated the precincte and polling places and appointed the <br /> membere of the precinct boards for the general election to be <br /> held in said City of Redwood City on April 13, 1976, as required <br /> by law, for the ob�ects and pvrposee of electing the following <br /> municipal officere of said City of Aedwood City; <br /> Fo�r (4) Councilmen for the full <br /> term of four (4) yeare each; and <br /> WHEREAS, said general municipal election wae held on Tuesday, <br /> April 13, 1976, in accordance with law, and the votes thereat <br /> received and canvassed, and the relurna thereof aecertained, <br /> determined and declared in all respecte ae required by lawp <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS <br /> 1, That the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City ba, and <br /> is hereby, �nstructed to enter this resolution on the minutes of <br /> thia Council ae a statement of the reevlt of eaid election.
