; � <br /> .��� <br /> , RESOLUTION NO. z52q -2011 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br /> TOWN OF PORTOLA VALLEY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> TOWN OF PORTOLA VALLEY AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Portola Valley has read and <br /> considered that certain Agreement for Consuiting Services ("AgreemenY') between the <br /> Town and the City of Redwood City <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Portola Valley to <br /> enter into the Agreement described above. <br /> 2.
