On roll <br /> call, reeolution was unanimously adopted with Councilman Hritschgi absent. <br /> In the matter of improvement to alleys, Oity Manager Blom reported that he had ' <br /> discussed the matter of impronement of the alley between Oera and Madison, <br /> Oleveland and Fulton with Mr. Talkington who had brought in the original <br /> petition_from seven property owners.
