He said if the rear property were sold to anyone other <br /> than the or•rner of the front property the terma of the contr�et would be � <br /> - applicable: Councilman Anderson expressed the opinion that he did�,not <br /> believe it �aould be erise to allov� this coneession, stating that if ac: <br /> person buys an entire lot he is under the terms of the contract and not <br /> if he busy only a portion of a lot.
