He stated that <br /> v�hile he ha.d no fault to find crith the ordinance he did find fault with its apnli- <br /> ' cation and that he understood some discussion had been had in re�ard to_the de- <br /> fining of the word "enclosure". It vrag his opinion tha.t an enclosure did not <br /> mean an entire building but the,t a room in � building should be considered an <br /> enclosure. He quoted several definitiona and believed that both of these estab- <br /> lishments complied �vith the terms of the ordinance and should be given dance per- <br /> mits in the interest of business and oroperty rights.
