The motion was seconded by Councilman MoNulty and passed unanimously. City Clerk Dodge read agreement of American Legion with Mr. H. D. Mcaarveq, Councilman Fletcher ofPered resolution and moved its adoption accepting agreement oY American Legion with H. D. Mcaarvey, seconded by Councilman � ' arsnger. City Attorney MeCarthy advised he believed the agreement should . be �°recorded aeparately inaemucri as the deed hae already been recorded by the American Legion.
