It was decided that ' <br /> tne newspaper be asked to furnieh suYficient copies so that each property <br /> owner could be sent one and that tYie estimated cost be furnished the pro- <br /> perty ovrriers. Tne conatruction of improvements on streets, all ae particularly <br /> described in Exhibit A riereto attached and made a part nereof by reFerence. <br /> 2, All of said work and improvements are to be conetructed at tne <br /> places and in the particular locations,�of trie fdrms, aizea, dimensions and <br /> materials, and to the lines and grades and elenations as to be showm and de- <br /> lineated upon tne plans, profilea and epecifications to be made therefor and <br /> , adopted by the City Qouncil of said Ciiy. <br /> ` 3.
