City Attorney McCarthy�advised that he had received a letter from Orrick, Dahlquiet, Neff, Brown and Herrington approving the bond iasue of $200,000.' ' City Manager E31om advised that the firm of Schwa�bacner-Frey had been awarded the bid to print the bonds. City Attorney McCarihy advised that the City wi11 require an additional five foot easemenb along the Pulgas line from Rogers Street to Middlefield Road for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer trunk line.
