<br /> City to Lot 4, Block 4, Jefferson Avenue Acres,:because.tne property was
<br /> 1 thought to be delinquent. The San r4ateo County Tit1e Company reduested
<br /> tnat the Council adopt a resolution concelling deed from 32rs. Miramontes to
<br /> the City of Redwood City inasrnuch as there were no delinquencies against •
<br /> the property. Councilman Granger offered adoption of resolution cancelling
<br /> deed to Lot 4, Block 4, Jefferson Acres,from Mrs. D�iramontes to the City of
<br /> Redwood City, seconded by Councilman!..MeNulty. On roll call, resolution was
<br /> .unanimously adopted,

<br /> AUTHORIZING CANCELATION OF ERRONEOUS ➢EED.
<br /> WHERGAS, through an inadvertence, deed from Nelle L. D4iramontes as
<br /> City Collector, to the City of Redwood City for delinquent taxes was ex-
<br /> ecuted, and recorded September 2'7, 1938 in the Office of the County of
<br /> San tiateo, State of California in Book 828 of Official Records at Page 15,
<br /> notwithstanding that no taxes upon the property therein described were
<br /> delinquent;
<br /> ' RESOLVED that the City of Red�rood City cancel eaid erroneous deed of
<br /> said property, to-wit:
<br /> That certain lot situated in the City of Red�vood City, County of San
<br /> Mateo, said State, particularly described ae
<br /> The Southrresterly one-rialf of Lot 4 in Block 4 as shovan on a map
<br /> entitled "Jeffereon Acres Redwood City - Galifornia" filed in the
<br /> ' Office of the County Recorder, said Couniy and State on �,iarCh 24,
