<br /> RESOLIITION AUTHORIZING DEED OF Lot 29 in Block 1 OF H00_P.ER AND OUNNINGHALI �

<br /> VJHEREAS, the City of Redwood City obta.ined a decree of the Superior
<br /> Court of the State of California. in and for the County of San Mateo on
<br /> September 1%, 1945 in action to establish and quiet the title of said City
<br /> to the real property hereinafter described, and a certified copy of sa,id
<br /> judgment was thereafter recorded in the office of the Recorder of San �?ateo
<br /> County, State of California; and
<br /> YYHEREAS, thereafter, the real property hereinafter described was �o1d
<br /> for delinquent taxes by Ralph P,SacArihur as County Tax Collector of said
<br /> County and State, and this City has received its prorata of the proceeds of
<br /> such sale; and '
<br /> tirHEREAS, ROEERT L. ELTRINGHAPd anci FAN2dIE ELTRINGHAM, his wiY'e, pur-
<br /> cha.sed said property at said tax sale and thereafter conveyed said property
<br /> to HELEN HAP.4LIN vrho ha� filed a suit in sai.d Superior Court to establish and
<br /> quiet title to said property, said action being nwnbered 40453 and this City
<br /> has no longer any title or interest in or to said nroperty;
<br /> RE50LVED that the City of Redurood City execute a. quitclaim deed to
<br /> said ROBERT L. ELTRITdGHr�4 and FANNIE ELTRIIQGAAM of the real property herein-
<br /> above referred to, wrhich is aituated in the City of Redzvood City, County of
<br /> San Mateo, Sta.te of California and pa.rticularly described a.s follows:

<br /> on that certain map entieled "hSap of Hooper and Cunningham 9ubdivision. A
