HILTON �ayor of the City of Redwood City City Attorne,y McCarthy advised that the Pacific Gas & Electric Companynhas a judg- ment against the city resulting from tne city's attempt to acquire the elec- 1 trical system. The judgment was rendered in 1940 for cost and the gas company postponed action for three yeare. 'Phey are willing to postpone action for anotner three years without prejudice to them. Councilman Granger moved adop- tion of resolution authorizing the execution of agreement poatponing action ' ' �- in regard to judgment held by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company against the city.
