The judgment was rendered in 1940 for cost and the gas company <br /> postponed action for three yeare. 'Phey are willing to postpone action for <br /> anotner three years without prejudice to them. Councilman Granger moved adop- <br /> tion of resolution authorizing the execution of agreement poatponing action ' <br /> ' �- in regard to judgment held by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company against the <br /> city.
