In ansvaer to Councilman Britschgi's question as to c�ho ha.d juris- ' <br /> diction over tae streets, City Attorney ft4cCarthy replied that the city ha3 <br /> but that it seemed reasonable to consult titi�ith property ovsners before plac- <br /> ing taxicabs in front of their business.
