City Manager Blom advised that he did not believe <br /> there were sufficient funds to do this vuork at the present time and esti- <br /> mated the cost at "�15,000 to �20,000. He did not pelieve the city would <br /> � be justified in using bond funds for tnis work inasmuch as present location <br /> of tne Ya:cht Harbor is noi perrnanent, he agreed that the berthing alley <br /> • does not have sufficient depth and said that a limited amount of dredging <br /> might accomplish the need.
