' <br /> building. City Manager Blom advised he wae eubmitting thie application to <br /> the Council due to the faat that it was an out of town organization. Coun- <br /> cilman Armstrong moved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi, that the permit <br /> be granted. Motion passed unanimouslp. <br /> Communication wae receined from Dale YJeaver requesting permission to erect a <br /> stable for one horse at 219 Center Street. He advised he had 125 x 120 <br /> feet of ground and would comply with building and health regulations. City � <br /> Attorney McCarthy referred to Ordinance No. 451, Section 4, which set forth <br /> the regulatione for the keeping of horses within the city and advised that <br /> the Council could grant the permit iY the ordinance wae complied with. <br /> Councilman Werder moved that the be referred baok to the applicant <br /> requesting a report from him as to whether or not there are e.ny protestante ' <br /> to the �ranting of the permit and also requeeting a diagram as to surround- <br /> ; <br /> ing residences and a report be had at the next meeting oY the Council.
