A_eketch was attached to the application. Huilding ' Inspector Duncan adviaed, upon inquiry, that the proposed building did not meet the restrictiona the Firet Fire District. Mr. Primas appeared and ' etated that inaemuch as he could not get a lease on the property he did not want to building but intended to erect a wooden one. It wae the general consensus of the Council that no permit ehould be granted unlees the met the_requirements of the fire diatrict. ' Mr. W, L. Meuesdorffer appeared beYore the Council in regard to a communibation which the City Clerk read in regard to the Currie Manufacturing Company ex- tending framework for'construction of a building over the Meuasdorffer pro- perty line. The City Attorney advised the Council that they had no jurisdic- tion in the matter. Upon thie advice, the Council took no action in the matter. •. Councilman Armetrong moved, seconded by Councilman PPerder, filing of affidavit of publication of ordinance governing the eolicitation of funde. Motion passed unanimously. Councilman Armatrong offered adoption of ordinance govering the aolicitation oY funda and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty.
