<br /> puolisn, by two insertions in the Redwood Oity Trioune, a daily (except
<br /> Sunday) newapaper of general circulation, printed publieried and circu-
<br /> lated in said City of Redwood City and riereby designated by said Coun-
<br /> oil for tnat purpose, a notice inviting sealed proposals or bide for
<br /> ., doing the work and making tne improvementa described in said resolution
<br /> of intention, and referring to tne spec�fications on file in the offioe
<br /> of eaid City Clerk,
<br /> All proposals or nids snall be accompanied ny a cneck payable to the '
<br /> City of Redwood City, ceriified by a responeiole bank, for an amount
<br /> wnicn shall not be lees tnan ten (10%) per cent of tne aggregate of tne
<br /> proposa.l, or by a bond for said amount and so payable, aigned by the
<br /> bidder and tvuo sureties, wno shall justify before any officer competent
<br /> to administer oaths, in double the said amount, and over and aoove all
<br /> atatutory exemptione.
<br /> Said sealsd proposals shall be delivered to tne Clerk of said City
<br /> Council, to=wit, tne City Clerk, on or bef'ore eigut o'clock of Monday,
<br /> tne 5th day of August, 1946, said time being not leES than ten (10) days
