Perrnits heretoYore granted have all exnired, Coun- <br /> cilman Armstrong suggested that the opportunity to renew permits be ex- <br /> tended to those who had previously held valid permits, Mr. Granger pointed <br /> out that the ordinance, ae proposed, prohibited the granting of nevr per- ' <br /> mits. Mr. Paul Jones addressed the Council from the floor a.nd suggested <br /> that permits be granted to all who now maintain chickens and emall animals <br /> regardless of whether or not they have previously been granted permits, <br /> pr�ovi�ding they are in compliance with eanitation standarde.
