He commended <br /> tne City on ita co-operation in permitting ttivo hour par�king in the area <br /> of ine Court House itself and pointed out tnat t�tiere are no time limits <br /> for parking on Middlefield Road and tne area around California Squa.re.� <br /> In view of tne fact tnat Santa Rosa, Sacrar�ento, San Ra.onael, Napa, San <br /> ' Jose, and otner county seats have parking meters around tne Court House, <br /> tnis leniency is especially appreciated.
