At the time we received bids from the pipe manufacturera, they agreed to deliver in July or August some of the 4" and 6" pipe. When the Redwood Terrace project • developed rather�rapidly, a specia.l request was made that they eupply ue with i 8" pipe to take care of the exteneion on Woodeide Road. We.were able to get 3600 feet of S" pipe because oY tnis epecial request delivered for this ' epecific project earlier ttian it would have been delivered under the origi- nal contract, iYe have receined recently 12" pipe and all oP the 4" pipe and tnere ie on hand some 6" pipe. Qity Manager Hlom advised that other sections of tovm are just ae bad and that complaints had been received from the Eagle Hill District. In anewer to .
