<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:

<br /> termini of the lands and rigtits of way for the construction of said improve-
<br /> ments, contained in said report, be, and they and each of them are nereby,
<br /> preliminarily approved and conYirmed;
<br /> 2. Tnat the plans and-specifications for the proposed improvements to
<br /> , be made, contained in eaid report, be and they are nereby preliminarily
<br /> approved and confirmed;
<br /> 3. That the Engineer's estimate of trie itemized and total estimated '
<br /> costs and expenses of said improvements and of the incidental e�cpenses in
<br /> connection therewith, contained in said report, be and it ia hereby, prelim-
<br /> inarily approved and confirmed;
<br /> 4. Tnat the diagram snowing the assessment dietrict referred to and
<br /> described in said resolution of intention, and also the boundariee and di-
<br /> menaions of tne reepective subdivisione of land within eaid district ae the
<br /> same exieted at the time of the paseage of said reeolution of intention, each ,
<br /> of wnicri aubdiniaione naving been given a separate niunber upon said dia�ram, •
<br /> as contained in said report, be, and it is hereby, preliminarily approved and
<br /> conPirmed;
<br /> 5. Tnat the proposed assesement of the total amount of the cost and
<br /> eapenses of the proposed improvements upon the eeveral subdivisions of land
<br /> in said district in proportion to trie estimated benefits to be received by
<br /> sucn subdiviaions, respectively, from said improvements, and of the inciden- �
<br /> tal expenses thereto, contained in said report, be and it ie hereby, pre-
<br /> liminarily approved and confirmed; •
<br /> 6. That said report in ita entirety be, and it is hereby preliminarily

<br /> ers on tne work to be done under tne plane and specificatione preliminarily
<br /> approned by tnie Council. in Resolution oP Preliminary Approval No. 393 se said
<br /> scale is contained 1n said epecificatlons, be, and the eame is hereby adopted
<br /> and approved as the prevailing wage ecale to be paid to euch craftemen and
