<br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C1ty of Redwood City, California,

<br /> YPHEREA3, puraua.nt to Resolution of Intention No. 392 of thie Council,,
<br /> adopted 8eptember 3, 1946, pursua.nt to Artiole of the Redwood City Improve-
<br /> ment Procedure Code, the Engineera of Work has filed 'vcith the City Clerk the
<br /> written report, which report has been presented by said Clerk to this Coun-
<br /> ' cil for consideration, and this City Council has coneidered and preliminarily
<br /> approved and confirraed said report without modification and ordered that the
<br /> , same stand ae the report Yor the purposes of all subsequent proceedinge had
<br /> pursua.nt to eaid resolution of intention. � ,
<br /> NO�, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the 7th day of October, 1946,
<br /> + at the hour of eight o'clock P. M. in the regular meeting place of this
<br /> -1 Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Redwood City, California,
<br /> be and the same are hereby appointed and fixed ae the time and place Por hear-
<br /> ing protests in relation to the propoaed improvements called for under eaid
<br /> resolution of intention and more particularly provided for in eaid report.
<br /> IT I8 FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk be, and ne is hereby, diiected
<br /> to give notice of said hearing by two succeesive ineertione in the Redwood
<br /> City Tribune, a newepaper publiahed and oirculated in said City, and by
<br /> • conepicuously posting eapie along all open etreets within the asseasment dis=
<br /> trict at not more than three hundred feet apart, but not lese than three in
<br /> all; said posting and publication to be had and completed at least twenty
<br /> days before the date herein set for hearing of eaid protests.

<br /> Local Improvement", in lettere bf not less than one inch in height, and shall
<br /> in legible characters, state the fact and date of the.passage of the reeolu-
