Associates, a California Limited Partnership and JHR Trust for the <br />Main/Middlefield Redevelopment Project" (the "DDA"), pursuant to which the <br />Agency will convey the Project Site to the Development Team, and the <br />Development Team will construct eighty-one (81) residential units, for persons <br />and families of Iow and moderate income, a child care center, one hundred <br />nineteen (119) automobile parking spaces, and sixteen (16) bicycle parking <br />spaces, and approximately 17,900 square feet of ground level commemial retail <br />space; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to section 33433 of the Health and <br />Safety Code has held a duly noticed public hearing, made the requisite findings, <br />and approved the sale of the Project Site to the Development Team in <br />accordance with the Disposition and Development Agreement for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement entitled "Disposition and Development Agreement <br />By and Among Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Mezes <br />Court Associates, a California Limited Partnership, and the JHR Trust for the <br />Main/Middlefield Redevelopment Project," bearing the most recent revision date <br />of January 31, 1996, which has been executed by the Developer and delivered <br />to the Secretary of the Agency, hereby is approved, including, expressly, <br />provisions therein excepting the Project from the Prevailing Wage Policy of this <br />Agency subject to consent of affected parties, and the Chairperson and <br /> <br />Reso-21 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
