NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The proposed Fourth Amendment Redevelopment Plan <br />for Redevelopment Project No. 2 is hereby received in the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed <br />to transmit the proposed Fourth Amendment to each affected taxing agency <br />for purposes of consultation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
